Just 1 minute walk to the lake and 2 minutes to town, yet it is in a quiet setting with majestic lake and mountain views. It has two outdoor areas with spectacular views. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, wireless broadband, garage with internal access and off street parking. Underfloor heating and gas fire - this is the perfect ski apartment or summer vacation. You don't need a vehicle as you are so centrally located. You are 2 minutes away from a vast selection of restaurants that Queenstown has to offer. There are two spa baths, perfect for when you return from a day on the ski slopes. Other things to note We have a minimum 3 night stay extending to 5 nights over xmas/new year and high ski season. The apartment is not serviced and guests are advised that while there is some toilet paper supplied, extra toilet paper will need to be purchased when you are doing your supermarket shop, especially for guests with longer stays. The water in the apartment is perfectly ok to drink so you do not need to purchase a lot of plastic water bottles. We support the use of less plastic so encourage guests to keep the plastic water bottles to a minimum.
