Bright and spacious apartment set over the upper and lower ground floors of a handsome victorian terrace with own private entrance and beautiful garden. Direct level access from the modern kitchen to the raised deck, ideal for al fresco dining or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. Centrally located, with easy access to all the bars and restaurants and a lovely park opposite. The train station is a 5 minute walk and we have a taxi rank and a Co-op supermarket at the end of the street. The space All our apartments have beds with a super comfy contract pocket 1500 Mattress, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries. A BBQ is available on request. All guests receive access to our exclusive digital guest guide, which includes recommendations for local restaurants & activities. Guest access Limited off street parking available on request. If you require parking, please contact me as soon as you have made a booking. Other things to note The apartment has 1no. King Size bed, 2no. small single beds and a small room with a cot.
