You have to like trains as our home is beside some heavily traveled rail lines. This is a absolute "must stay" location for rail fans. The 1898 Fortville House is only a block away from Main St in Fortville where you’ll find cute shops and wonderful restaurants. Great walkable neighborhood. Located in beautiful downtown Fortville Indiana Please note: Our house, built in 1898 has a very steep staircase to bedrooms 2 and 3. If you aren’t able to hold onto handrail going up and down the stairs, this house may not be for you.. 2nd floor is not recommended for toddlers.
