In most instances, they will provide their service within less than an hour. Number of Guests Permitted: The home accommodates 10 guests including adults and children. If it is to be discovered that more than 10 guests are staying in the home at any given time the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund. Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted at this property. Pool and Spa: There is an optional $75/day fee for heating the pool and spa, which must be applied for the entire duration of the stay. If you choose to heat the pool, it will be maintained at 88 degrees, while the spa will be set to 103 degrees. Please note that requests for pool heating should be made at least 24 hours before check-in. Check-in and access to the home: The regular check-in time is 4 pm. However, an early check-in at 10 am may be accommodated for an extra fee of $225, subject to availability. If you wish to arrange an early check-in, please reach out to the host. On your arrival day, you will receive a front door and gate codes to access the property. Check-out: Check-out is at 10 am. Unfortunately, late checkout is not available. Parking: STREET PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED. If a vehicle is parked on the street overnight a $750 dollar fine may be imposed or TOWING!! The home has space for (4) midsized cars. Two cars will need to be parked in the garage and two to be parked on the driveway. Housekeeping: The home will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. If you would prefer additional housekeeping services during your stay, please contact the host at least 5 days prior to check-in so these services can be arranged. Sound System: The home comes equipped with a Sonos sound system to provide sound inside and outside the home. You will be able to download the Sonos app or stream music directly from your phone using Airplay. It is imperative to abide by the outside quiet hours which run from 9 pm to 9 am. During these hours no sound is to be permitted outdoors per city code. Quiet Hours: Per city code quiet hours run from 9 am to 9 pm. These rules must be followed. If we are to receive 2 complaints during your stay we will have to cancel the reservation without a refund. The city and homeowner’s association are extremely strict in regard to these rules.
