Green Door Lofts-Waco Rose - Silos/Downtown

Green Door Lofts, featured on Fixer Upper Urban Loft Challenge and referred to as "Funky Town" by Chip, is a 9-unit luxury loft complex in the heart of Waco's bustling Silo District. We are next door to the historic Hippodrome Dinner Theater and steps away from eclectic shops, antique stores, wine tasting rooms, and live music. Magnolia Market is an easy walk away, or take the free trolley that stops outside. Each loft is crafted with a unique flair and offers a distinct experience. The space The Waco Rose Loft is our newest loft at the Green Door Lofts. The loft is toward the back and slightly removed from the pool. Because of its location and lack of a wall mounted murphy bed I have priced this unit a bit lower than the other one bedroom lofts. It is still though extremely nice and very quiet. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with high quality, pressed, triple-sheeted linens. Unlike our other 1-bedroom lofts, there is no Murphy bed in the living area. There is a sofa that converts into a day bed but at best can hold one small person or child. If more space is needed, consider our bigger 1-bedroom lofts (Tuna, Retro, or Urban Cowboy), the Magnolia Loft (2/2, sleeps 6), Bo Ho Loft (2/2, sleeps 6), or the Stained Glass Loft (4/3, sleeps 8). The loft has an in-unit washer/dryer. Guests will also love the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with coffee and tea. Entertainment includes a large screen SmartTV with Direct TV and free wifi. The building's courtyard has a seasonally HEATED POOL with lounge chairs and tables. The mezzanine deck overlooks the avenue below - perfect for people watching! Finally, the Waco Rose Loft is on the second floor and accessed only by stairs. If this is an issue, please consider our 4 bedroom listing on the first floor.
