The space Get ready to be amazed by the breathtaking coastal views from this enchanted seaside haven on the bayou. Perched high above, it offers stunning sunrises and sunsets as well as a night sky filled with star gazing. Relax or entertain on your stacious deck upstairs, or enjoy some peace and quiet on the lower deck swinging in the hammock. Your private dock will bring you excitment as you catch your first fish or advendure out in the kayak to the nearby beach. When you step into the home, it will feel open and inviting. Enjoy watching a movie on the 55” Smart TV sitting on your comfortable oversized couch with family and friends. If you like competition, we have many family games to choose from under the coffee table. The Spacious bedrooms are cozy and relaxing with private baths and fresh linens and towels. * Master Bedroom has King size Bed and Sleeper sofa * Guest Room has TWO Queen size beds with smart TV. *Washer and dryer is located upstairs for easy use ( Some Tide Pods are Provided for you.) The Chefs kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your culinary creations. (You’ll notice on the deck you can pick fresh herbs to add to your home cooked meals) Parsley, Basil, Rosemary, Mint to name a few. (Weather permitting) In the Kitchen: *Dishwasher ( Dishwashing pods provided, and dish soap) *Cuisnart pots and pans * Pans for baking *Electric Beaters, mixing bowls * Mini Dash Waffle maker *Drip coffee pot, electric tea kettle, and coffee grinder. * Quality silverware, plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses * Wine / Bottle opener *Blender *Spices, salt & pepper and so much more * children’s high chair is located in the guest closet In the dining area, guests may be served on a large farm style table for 6, however if you'd like to expand the table we have two leaves that can be added to the ends of the table and a bench for more seating. There is also a baby booster seat for the dining chair for your little one (located in guest closet) The deck has an outdoor patio set for you to enjoy a drink overlooking the saltwater bayou. If you enjoy grilling, there is a gas grill for you on the deck as well. Below we just added another deck for shade with a hammock. It also has gorgeous views of the Bayou, sunrises and sunsets On the property, enjoy a walk to the end of your private dock. Bring your fishing pole, you might catch dinner or bring your paddle boards and explore. We have (2) kayaks that are provided for your use if you like to venture out, sit and fish. It's equipped with rod holders. Paddle across to Carrabelle Beach where you can sink your toes in the soft white sand, Bring a cooler and make a day of it. There is an outdoor firepit if you like to roast some s’more’s. If you are trailering your boat, our circular drive is wonderful to pull your boats in and out. You may also park your boat under the house. The boat ramp is only less than a mile away. This is a special place where memories will be made. Relax and reconnect with family and friends. You'll have a beautiful view from every corner. Underneath the home we are renovating an area that will have a full equipped suite for guests to add on to their stay in the future. The lower deck is for your enjoyment. On the other end down stairs, we do have a storage area that's locked. However, you may use all beach gear available and the long work bench to line your fishing rods. For you and your guests, we have a fish station, beach chairs, umbrella for beach, Two kayaks with dolly, & life vests. We also have a large cooler, sand shovels and nets to pick up shells. There is a family fun game of corn hole for outside. Hi Other things to note Please do not leave food outside or in a cooler outside. We have wild animals, (Bears & cubs) that like to discover them.(We are close to state parks) We do have an accessible locked trash can by the road to dispose of all trash. Trash should all go out Wednesday night for a Thursday pick up. (Trash can is equipped with a bear lock. Slide finger in hole, push lever to the left, and lift the handle up at the same time) * other wild animals to be aware of, fox, raccoons, alligator, otters (a lot of wildlife) please do not feed them. *No swimming off dock. *kayak use at your own risk.
