Located in New South Wales’ Central Coast just 90 minute drive from Sydney CBD, the property can fit 20 guests comfortably and includes an indoor pool tennis court, firepit and many entertaining areas for guests Functions Welcome upon request.Charges Apply keywords-Celebrations,parties,function,weddings,ceremony,reception birthday,bucks,hens The space Features of the house include: - Tennis court (tennis racquets and balls provided) - Indoor fireplace - Outdoor fireplace with seating around 200m out back of property. - Large freeform netted enclosed pool (not heated) - Outdoor seating area with view of tennis court - BBQ available on site - Nespresso pods coffee machine - WIFI provided - Ducted air-conditioning Bedding configuration: NOTE: each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom - Bedroom one features a king-sized bed. - Bedroom two features one double bed. - Bedroom three features a queen-sized bed. - Bedroom four features a double bed and single bed. - Bedroom five features a queen bed and single bed. - Bedroom six features a kind bed and bunk bed. All linen and bath towels are provided. The property is only a short drive to Terrigal, Avoca, Killcare, Mcmasters and Copacabana beaches and restaurants. With a Golf driving range and horse riding only 1 km away and various national park walking trails around 4km away. NOTES for groups: - Additional cost for groups over 10 $75 per person per night - No parties allowed at the property. Guests agree to reimbursement for any damages and a fine of $300 for excessive cleaning. - No pets at the property. - A $50 fee will be incurred if BBQ is left dirty at end of stay. Other things to note By booking and processing the initial payment for the length of the stay, the guest representative acknowledges and approves the following notes: PLEASE NOTE - The house is surrounded by bush, and so on rare occasion we have had small animals and insects enter the house when doors are left open. Regular pest control and cleaning is used to mitigate the bush environment. - Pots, pans and utensils are provided for use by all guests. Some may contain scratches. - We are in the process of equipping each room with fly screens, however, all rooms have air conditioning for summer nights. - We are in the process of replacing some doors due to rough use by previous guests, hence some doors may be difficult to open and close.
