Seacrest is a small and exclusive block of only 9 units and is quiet and peaceful. Unit 2 is located on the ground floor, (few steps from the street to the unit) and is bright and airy. The unit offers air-conditioning in all 3 bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay year round.  The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee pod machine and plenty of bench space. It opens onto the loungeroom complete with comfortable furnishings and dining area for 6. The wrap around balcony offers stunning ocean views to Coolangatta. Accommodating for 6 guests, the main bedroom consists of a king size bed and ensuite with walk in shower, the second and third bedroom features single beds. There is also a portacot for guests to use. There is also a main bathroom with shower over bath and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Secure basement parking. Bilinga Surf Lifesaving Club is just 4 streets away and a convenience store is located around the corner. Enjoy a 10 minute stroll along the beach pathways to Tugun centre and shops, cafes and restaurants. This is affordable beachfront living at its finest. * Please note that smoking is not permitted in the complex & including on the balcony or within the grounds * Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
