Charming holiday home created from the patient renovation of a 16th century ciabòt (ancient sheep shelter) in the heart of Piedmont. The space Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, table, chairs and sofa. Upper floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Outside: table and chairs under the wisteria pergola, space with sun loungers and deck chairs, barbecue. Parking is available near the main house, but if you prefer and your car allows it (not too low and too long to allow maneuvering) it is possible to reach the Nido from an unpaved road of about 50m. Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but is permitted outside. Guest access - The swimming pool (open June - September) is located in the main house, about 200m from the Nido and is shared with the guests of Casa Rossa (max 2 people) and the owners. - For logistical and safety reasons, and for the well-being and tranquility of other guests in other apartment, it is not permitted to host or receive visits from people not included in the reservation. Other things to note - Tourist tax: 1.50€/night per person - Italian law requires that each person must be in possession of their own valid identity document or passport for recognition and registration with the Authorities (Art. 109 T.U.L.P.S.). In the absence of a valid document it will not be possible to accommodate people without it. - Towels will be changed free of charge after 5-6 days for stays longer than a week.
