Whether you're relaxing on the lounge chairs, around the outdoor sitting area or spacious dining table, there is plenty of room for everyone. Our house is located in Surfside, just a short walk to the main strip where you will find restaurants, shops, the brewery, supermarket, and Potrero beach. A great location for exploring by foot! The space The house has an open floor plan and is on one flat level. Two large comfortable sofas and chairs. Board games and Smart TVs, beach gear and crib available to use. There are two primary king bedrooms with ensuites and walkouts to the patio. Ideal for two families or four couples, the house has two more bedrooms with queen and twin XL beds. The modern kitchen opens to a covered outdoor patio area with seating for 10. Air conditioning in every room. Fully stocked kitchen with every small appliances you will need. Additional outdoor washroom and shower. The pool has a shallow and deep end with steps to get in and a nice sun shelf for small children and lounging around. The house is gated and fully fenced. Secure Parking on premises, alarm and safe. High speed internet. Guest access Everything you need is in a short walk (Potrero beach, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, brewery, café) but having a car is great for exploring nearby beaches (Conchal, Penca, Flamingo), all within a 5-10 minute drive. There is gated parking at the house. Full access to a large fenced in property.
