Cozy cottage: La Roz'e - Bay of Mont St Michel

La Roz'e is a recent and elegant 50 m2 cottage located in a quiet area 10 km from Mont Saint-Michel. It has an equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a bed of 180X200 cm, a bathroom and a reading area with a small view of Mt St Michel. Outside, a garden awaits you with garden furniture, a petanque court, a barbecue, and a ping pong table. Close to the greenway. Ideally located cottage for participants of the "Bayman" triathlon. The space Sheets are provided; you just need to bring your own bath towels, or they are optional. Guest access A private, covered parking space with video surveillance awaits you. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Charging electric vehicles is strictly PROHIBITED. For safety reasons, electric car charging is strictly prohibited in our accommodation. Unfortunately, a plug melted due to improper use, which forced us to apply this rule. Thank you for understanding in keeping everyone safe. For any unauthorized charging, a daily fee will be applied: €20 for each day of the rental booked, regardless of the amount consumed.
