Cozy cottage: La Roz'e - Bay of Mont St Michel

La Roz'e is a new and elegant 50 m2 gîte in a quiet location 10 km from Mont Saint-Michel. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom and a reading area with a small view of Mont Saint-Michel. Outside, a garden awaits you with garden furniture, a pétanque court, a barbecue and a table tennis table. Close to the Voie Verte. The gîte is ideally located for participants in the "Bayman" triathlon. The space Sheets are provided; you just need to bring towels, or you can choose not to. Guest access A private and covered parking space with video surveillance awaits you. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Charging electric vehicles is strictly PROHIBITED. For safety reasons, charging electric cars is strictly prohibited in our accommodation. Unfortunately, a socket melted due to improper use, which forced us to apply this rule. Thank you for your understanding in order to ensure everyone's safety. For any unauthorised top-up, a daily flat rate will be applied: €20 for each day of rental booked, regardless of the volume consumed.
