It is 5 min from Homestead Heritage. This rental has a direct connect to the router. This rental is part of a duplex and this side (right side) of the duplex is named "The Ranch". The other side is named "The Farmhouse". Both sides can be rented for larger groups. We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests. The space The Ranch is a clean, comfortable accommodation for you and your family (or friends) to enjoy some time away from the hustle and bustle of life. It's located in a quiet location 1.5 miles from I-35, yet still close to area attractions like; Magnolia Market, Baylor's McLane Stadium, Dr. Pepper Museum, and the National Mammoth Site, among others. There are chairs on the front and back porch for enjoying sunrises, sunsets, stargazing, etc. out in the country on a working homestead! We sometimes have an owl or two perch in nearby trees at night to give a gentle and subtle song to those who would quietly listen. There is a charcoal grill for your use but you may have to purchase charcoal and/or lighter fluid if they are not present on site. This rental is part of a duplex and this side (right side) of the duplex is named "The Ranch". The other side is named "The Farmhouse". Both sides can be rented for larger groups. We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests.. Guest access You will have access to the side of the duplex that you rent with both front and back cement walkways and porches for its entrances. There is a grass yard immediately surrounding the rental with a good driveway and parking location. The parking location (parking for approximately six vehicles) has a motion sensor night light that illuminates the area to help on those dark nights. You will be given an entry code upon booking to allow you to enter your rental through the coded entry door. Other things to note GREEN ENERGY Rental! Note to long term renters: If you intend to book for eight nights or more, we ask that you to contact us prior to booking because we have a short "Terms of Agreement" to sign, other fees and other considerations to mention that make for a better rental experience for all of us. The "Heart of Texas Speedway" is over 1.5 miles away. They operate March through October. If the weather is just right, the noise can reach this rental with some strength. Their races tend to be on holiday and weekend nights and sometimes do not end until 11:00 pm or midnight.
