Enjoy a stylish 83 m2 home ideally located in the St Pierre d'Oléron area close to all shops (bakery, restaurant, press…) and the city center. (Cinema, shops, restaurants…) To access the small surrounding villages and beaches, you have access to bike paths 200 m from the accommodation. The house is very easy to access and has a parking space in front of the house and behind the house on the outdoor terrace side. The space The accommodation is a very recent accommodation with underfloor heating that includes two bedrooms, one with two single beds of 80 (possibility of bringing the beds closer together) and the other with a double bed of 160 giving access to a patio through a bay window. The living room opens onto an outdoor terrace on one side and the patio on the other. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge and freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, etc.). You have fiber optic internet access. Duvets and pillows are provided, please note that bed linen is not included. You have the option to reserve this linen and towels on request for an extra charge (indicated below). Bath mats provided. For toddlers, a baby kit, including a baby seat, a baby bed, a bathtub is provided free of charge. We leave it to you to provide the linen suitable for the baby's bed (pillow, duvet and sheets). For your convenience, an optional cleaning package is also available. For those wishing to do it themselves, we provide sponge, cleaning products and vacuum cleaner. Some board games are available. Some of these are not intended for infants and young children. It is the parents' responsibility to keep out of reach of children anything that could be harmful to them. Parking is free. You have two parking spaces. If you are bringing bicycles or renting them on site, you can park them in the closed shelter on the outside terrace side of the house. Access is very easy and two parking spaces are available upon arrival. It is very easy to no longer use a car during your stay because all the shops and city center are between 3 min walk and 10 min walk away. You can easily get around by bike throughout your stay as the bike paths are 200 m from the house. Other things to note The house is also ideal for remote working because it is ideally located close to shops, restaurants, the press, the city center, and the market. The house is accessible by the main road of Île d'Oléron and one of the parking lots is located on the street side. Towels and bed sheets are not provided.
