Green Space is a fully air conditioned townhouse situated in the lush Santa Cruz valley. This peaceful neighbourhood is 25 minutes from the capital city Port of Spain, 25 minutes from the most famous beach in Trinidad - Maracas Bay beach, and 8 km from St. Andrews Golf Course. We are a 5 minute drive from the Roti Café, famed for their wide range of fillings including lobster roti. Base occupancy is 4 guests however 2 additional guests can be accommodated but extra guest fees apply. The space Ground level: - living room with two seating areas and internet enabled TV - kitchen is stocked with cooking needs, including a selection of pots, pans, utensils, cutlery/silverware, serving and baking dishes and a theatre style popcorn popper machine - dining room - bedroom with queen bed and blackout curtains - secure parking on property with electronic gate - full bathroom with shower - porch Upper level: - Master bedroom with a queen bed, black out curtains, walk-in closet, large en-suite bathroom and computer desk and chair - second bedroom with European queen (US double) bed and blackout curtains - laundry room with washer, dryer and iron - stationary exercise bicycle Guest access The guests have access to the entire townhouse. Other things to note All windows are meshed and compound is secured by an electronic gate. Individual air conditioning units in the bedrooms allow guests to customise their room temperature.
