A 5 minute walk to dining and entertainment at The Shops at Stonefield, 5-7 minute drive to UVA and JPJ, 10 minutes to downtown, and a central location for visiting local vineyards and breweries. This is the perfect house for friends getting a weekend away, wedding parties, reunions, or families coming to visit students at UVA. Welcome! We would love to host you and your family or friends. The space This open floor plan will let you relax and put your feet up after an exciting day on Grounds, or you can turn it into the perfect entertaining space for friends and family. You will have private access to the entire main floor and back patio, and are welcome to use the gas grill. The patio is perfect for lounging as it is shaded after about 4:30pm in the summer and we have a service that keeps the pesky mosquitoes away. We recently added a Washer and Dryer in the garage and guests are welcome to use them during your stay. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided. Complimentary coffee is provided along with continental breakfast food. Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Queen air mattress available upon request. Couch can be used for sleeping. Pack and Play available upon request.
