In addition, 3 more guests can be accommodated, one on the single sofa bed located on the ground floor and the remaining two extra guests can be accommodated on two single sofa beds (2,00x1,00), located on the first floor living room. On the ground floor, there is one living room (with 43’’ Smart TV ), fully equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace. There is also two twin bedroom with two single beds, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The third twin bedroom offers two single beds (0.90x2.00) that can be joined to form a king size bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and also a folding bed can be placed in this bedroom. One the first floor there is one living room (with 43’’ Smart TV ), fully equipped kitchen with dining area and fireplace. There is also one bedroom with one single bed (0.90x2.00) and an extra folding bed can be added. There is two twin bedrooms with two single beds (0.90x2.00)that are joined to form a king size bed. The second bedroom has access to the balcony. A spacious bathroom with bathtub is available on this floor. Additionally, the living room has two single sofa beds (2,00x1,00), so two more guests can be accommodated. Last but not least, our residence boasts of outdoor spaces ideal for groups of friends, families and children! There is a 500m2 outdoor area with a 300m2 lawn covered area and a 24m2 private swimming pool.
