Guest space is private, next to pool & patio. Nice decor. Good sized bathroom w/ shower. Mini coffeemaker, mini-fridge (no freezer), microwave, & queen pull-out bed with memory foam mattress (stays out). Space is narrow (10 ft) & ideal for 1 or 2 adults. From Perdido Key (10 - 15 min) & Pensacola beach (about 25-30 min. depending on traffic & bridge being in service) & base (about 10 min). TV and Wifi. Close to pool -requires strict diligence by parents of children present. We put a lot of love and care into our guest space which should make you feel like you have your own small, but private hotel room with a pool. The space is really perfect for one to two people (300 sq feet) but can accommodate one extra with the use of the cot. Private entrance. When you arrive, you may pull into driveway and park completely to the left of the driveway (off the concrete is fine). Entrance to back will be directly in front of parking. Go through two wood gates, then walk to mesh fence gate on right, pull up knob on top and open gate, then walk to door of pool house. Although normally the pool is available for use during pool open hours, it may be closed for certain periods should cleaning or unforeseen repairs come up. We may not be available in person. Please let us know if you need anything during your stay. :) Nice quiet neighborhood on the southwest side of Pensacola right off the highway that goes all the way to Pensacola Beach and just a few turns from Perdido Key Beach. Our very comfortable queen bed has a weight limit of 375 - 400 lbs. of static pressure (weight that is not moving) so please keep this in mind when booking. If you want a regular spring mattress, please do not book. No Pets or Smoking Allowed... no exceptions. Our space is small and we have spent a great deal to make it nice. We love pets but thank you for understanding.
