Les Picaillons - Le Chalet***, quiet and view

At 900 m altitude, beautiful new 100 m2 chalet, very bright, with unobstructed mountain views, totally private with a large outdoor area. On one level, it offers two large bedrooms, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with walk-in shower, a laundry room, a large living area... In the heart of the Aravis range and 5 minutes from the La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand ski resorts, you are 30 minutes from Annecy and its lake and 1 hour from Geneva, Chamonix and Megève. The space Parking, Wi-Fi, linens, towels and dish towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, raclette, stone grill, pancakes, fondue, mixer... In the laundry room, there is a washing machine and dryer. A large southwest-facing terrace offers incomparable views of Mont Lachat des Villards (2020 m). Plancha, deckchairs, garden furniture… are available. We provide detailed maps and guides for your walks. In winter, we lend snowshoes and sleds free of charge (subject to availability). Other things to note The upper part of the chalet is not occupied. A marked hiking trail passes in front of the chalet towards the Beauregard plateau, Saint-Jean-de-Sixt and Villards-sur-Thônes...
