On second level, there are two king bedrooms with a shared 3/4 bath. On the first floor, fully stocked custom made kitchen, large open living room with a 28' stone fireplace and 1/2 bath. Every window has a water view. Recently installed mini - splits for A/C or heat. Wood lovers will appreciate a display of black walnut, cherry, mahogany and fir throughout the main house. The bunkhouse boats custom built entertainment center, pool table, game table and 60" plasma flat screen tv. There is a full bath with laundry on first floor, along with two private queen bedrooms each have sliders to access back deck. The 2nd level loft sleeps 8 (6 single bunk beds and 1 queen bed) Between the main house and bunkhouse is a covered outdoor dining / sitting area, lake and water views all around. Guests can enjoy 6 kayaks, fishing poles, corn hole, fire pit, and trails that explore through the island. All guests need to have their own boat or rent a boat from a local marina. This property is NOT accessible by car. Guest access Our 1.5 acres with our private cove is all accessible to our guests Other things to note Guests can park overnight at Glendale Marine Patrol, 31 Dock Road, Gilford, NH. We provide overnight guest passes.
