Check-in limit time 11 pm (It can be later in some specific cases) The space The apartment is composed of: - 2 comfortable double rooms with double bed. - 1 comfortable double room with 2 single beds. - American designer kitchen, fully equipped. - Cozy dining room, ideal for relaxing in the company of your loved ones after a day visiting Barcelona. - Bathroom with everything you need for your comfort. - Towels and bedding included. - Laundry area with washer and dryer. Guest access Guests have access to private use of the entire apartment. Other things to note -LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED (9,5 EUR/GUEST A DAY). ONLY FOR GUESTS OVER 16 YEARS OLD. -This is an apartment mainly for families. -The check-in limit time is 11 pm. The check-in is not 100% autonomous, the opening of the doors is manually by WIFI application. -Baby chair and cot will NOT be provided. -Pets NOT permitted. -Toilet paper is only provided for courtesy at check-in.
