The 4 acre property is down a long laneway provides a peaceful escape while being just minutes from downtown Charlottetown. The space High ceilings, lots of light, a large bathroom and a private 2nd story deck give this studio a spacious feel. Water views of the Hillsborough River and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Guest access *Please note we live on this property, refer to the photos to see distance of loft (barn-type building) from our main house. Your entrance, patio and 2nd story deck face away from the main house, adding to your privacy. The area below you is a workshop/storage space that is completely separate from your apartment. Will will occasionally enter the workshop to get garden tools or our bikes. Other things to note Tourism license #: 1201160 This studio apartment is best suited to 2 guests, however, given there is a pull out couch it could accommodate up to 4 guests.
