An enormous fireplace with rustic stone surround houses a cast iron wood burning stove, and a bench seat beneath the window creates a quiet place to enjoy garden views Games Room Next to the kitchen with pool table Kitchen Located on the ground floor the modern Shaker-style kitchen forms the heart of the home with a breakfast table and seating at its centre. Large and well-equipped, there is plenty of storage as well as worktop space so whipping up family meals is a fuss-free pleasure. A good selection of cookware, cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided along with a variety of appliances that include a range cooker with fan-assisted oven and electric hob and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Dining Room Situated opposite the lounge on the ground floor this room has an ornamental fireplace with a large oak farmhouse table and seating for six as well as a three-seater sofa. This room has access out to the garden Master Bedroom Located upstairs on the first floor this gorgeous en-suite bedroom is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror and a built-in wardrobe.
