This beautiful barn conversion can sleep a total of 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Situated at the back of a tiny hamlet in its own grounds the Marronnier is in a peaceful setting. There’s plenty of space/seating/sunloungers for everyone. The walled garden is a haven with its private heated pool, covered gazabo, wafting lavender and raised garden beds. The perfect place to relax and unwind. The 6 person jacuzzi is situated in the courtyard beside the huge Marronnier tree. The large lawned garden leads to the grassy meadow where there is badminton, trampoline, swing set, boules and table tennis to keep the children happy, lots of space to play as well lots of tracks and trails straight from the property. An ideal base for sight seeing with lots of tourist attractions nearby, restaurants, chateaux, caves, local markets. Fibre Internet. Spéléologie (caving) and Rock climbing and gold panning are available to book via the Excideuil Tourist Office. Local Truffle tours available to book in season. Guest access The main house, swimming pool and gardens. You have full exclusive use of the property. If the other property (Cottage) is not booked by yourselves it remains empty during your stay. Other things to note Guests are expected to be respectful and leave the property in the clean and tidy condition they found it when they checked in. The names of all guests are to be given at the time of booking. The property is not to exceed the maximum number of 8 guests. The property is not heated in April, May, June, July, August, Sept or Oct. The swimming pool is open from May till end of September. The jacuzzi is open all year. I have a choice of the Main House or the Cottage to rent. The other property will not be rented out during your stay, so you have exclusive use of the facilities, unless of course you wish to rent the other property for your group booking.
