Park in the large driveway, or pull up to two cars under the deck to stay out of the weather. There are steps up to each floor, including the main entrance. Winter access: the house sits on a private road, plowed when snow reaches about 3 inches. Some residual snow is normal during storms and 4-wheel drive is recommended. The plow service doesn't clear the entry steps, but a broom and shovel are right there and it's a quick job. Other things to note This is a quiet family home, not a party house — it comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children, and that's the limit we hold to. Automated discount starts at 3 nights — the longer you stay, the more you save. We're also open to longer winter stays; reach out for extended-stay pricing. A refundable $500 security deposit applies and is collected before check-in; it comes straight back when the house rules are honored and there's no damage. Garbage is collected on Mondays — our service provider enters the garage/mud room to handle it, so don't be surprised to see him. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every stay. Additional mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee on longer bookings. For your safety and ours, there are exterior security cameras monitoring the property 24/7.
