Middle floor (the entry floor): two bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, dining room & a living room (with a smart TV). Basement: one bedroom, full bath and a communal space with two twin trundle beds, game tables, a cozy sofa, a smart TV and a laundry room (with washer and dryer). From the basement, head out to the backyard & enjoy soaking in an XL hot tub under twinkling lights (cocktails optional).
