Located in the serene Surfside Shores neighborhood, this spacious beach house features 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style. The space This home was completed in 2023 and has many upgraded features. Quartz countertops, stainless appliances, memory foam mattresses, soft close cabinets and toilets, as well as smart televisions in family room and every bedroom. The kitchen has many amenities like keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster. The dining room table has seating for 8 with 4 extra seats at the kitchen island. We offer free wifi and you can login/out of your Netflix, Amazon and other streaming accounts as well. We also have an assortment of board games. We supply one roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom, towels, wash cloths and bath mat. For the kitchen we supply one roll of paper towels, dish towels, one use dish detergent and one use laundry detergent. We also include 1 bag in each trash can. The color pallet is very comforting with subtle shades of blue, gold/white accents and a pop of navy. We only rent to responsible parties over 25 years of age. Golf cart rental is optional. We require a copy of valid drivers license and signed waiver prior to stay. Guest access Free parking is provided on site. Space for 4 vehicles under the home and more in the driveway.
