We look forward to offering you an unforgettable stay! The space Featuring 3 bright and tastefully furnished bedrooms, our 110 m2 house can accommodate up to 6 people. Bedrooms are upstairs. - bed 180x200, - 160x200 bed - 3 single beds 90 x 200 Open to the main room, the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the friendly dining room. The living room, with its south-facing terrace, is the perfect place to relax. For your comfort, you will find the bathroom with walk-in shower on the ground floor and separate toilet on both levels. Air conditioning will be installed in the first week of June 2026. Also enjoy the private garden, equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, a true paradise where you can relax and enjoy moments of conviviality. Located close to the famous vineyards of Chinon, you can explore the cellars and taste the local wines. The Loire Valley castles, such as the Château de Chinon, the Château d'Azay-le-Rideau and the Château de Villandry, are also within walking distance, offering unforgettable historical experiences. Guest access Access to the house is autonomous with a key box. We'll give you the code before you check in. Possibility to bring your bikes into the garden from the street. Other things to note You will find a practical information document about your stay under the stairs in the living room. The "cleaning" fee includes the cleaning fee AND the provision/rental of household linen (sheets and towels).
