The space There is a hot tub on the balcony and nearby parking. There is a main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate gallery style bedroom ideal for two kids and accessible from the main bedroom. The main living room is open plan and has a king size sofa bed as an alternative to the second bedroom and the style is reminiscent of a Scandinavian lake house. Guest access The house is private as is the waterside decking area Other things to note Avalon is an ideal configuration for a family of up to two adults and two children as the gallery bedroom is accessed through the main bedroom. For adult guests who are comfortable with this configuration the gallery bedroom can offer either two single beds or one super king bed. There is also a sofa bed as an alternative in the main living area but there will be natural light in that room in the morning.
