The estate is professionally designed in a beautiful and relaxed beach style and are stocked is all the necessities and then some. The main home is the perfect space to host multiple families with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate living spaces and large entertaining areas including a fully equipped game room. The freshly renovated guest home continues the beach theme and open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each home has a covered outdoor entertaining space and heated pool that rivals any resort. With a gate in the shared fence that connects these homes it transforms them into the perfect space to host any vacation and with the tropical landscaping it is sure to feel like your own private spa and resort. Once the suns sets, head to the game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board, foosball, darts and 50" TV. The estate is also just a short walk to the beach or favorite local park equipped with skate park, tennis court, sand volleyball, and basketball courts, huge playground, everyone is sure to find something to enjoy. We even supply the sports equipment. This is such a rare and in demand property, we recommend making your reservation a minimum of 12 months is advance. We do accept reservations up to 36 months is advance. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats. POOL HEATERS: Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
