Just a minute’s stroll from Aberdovey’s village centre and a short walk to the beautiful seafront, Greenhill Cottage provides the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Sleeping up to 8 guests, the cottage features three comfortable bedrooms and a unique mezzanine floor, accessed via a ship's ladder, with two single beds and a chill-out area—perfect for children who want their own space. (not suitable for children aged 5 or under). Young children must be supervised. The cottage has been lovingly renovated to a high standard, blending modern amenities with its quirky character. The heart of the cottage is a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, with a cosy log-burning stove at its centre. The well-equipped kitchen includes a large range cooker, Smeg fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and more, making it easy to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or relax on the comfortable seating by the fire after a day of exploring. The master bedroom is en-suite, while the other two bedrooms, a double and a twin share a family bathroom. The underfloor heating throughout ensures you stay warm and comfortable. For added convenience, the utility room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Step outside onto the large, south-facing paved balcony and extended garden, a true sun trap ideal for lazy afternoons. The garden’s wooded area adds a touch of nature, and outdoor dining is a treat with a table, lounge beds, and a BBQ. The cottage’s elevated position means you can enjoy lovely views, please note that there are steps leading to the entrance, alternatively you can access from the garden from the parking area which is on a slight incline. Greenhill Cottage provides private parking for two cars (with more available on request), along with space for jet skis or a boat - must be arranged in advance. WIFI, bed linen, and hand towels are included (please bring your own bath towels), and well-behaved dogs (up to two) are warmly welcomed. Just minutes away, Aberdovey’s coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, and boutiques invite exploration, along with its four miles of golden sandy beaches and dunes.
