This charming 4 bedroom cottage has been updated & well maintained. The front porch sun room is a perfect place to relax. The first floor has an open floor plan with brand new floors & all bedrooms are upstairs. 1 bedroom has a new queen bed, 2 bedrooms have double beds & the 4th has 2 bunk beds. Please note, the 4th bedroom can only be accessed through bedrooms 2 & 3. Both floors have updated full bathrooms. 4 person golf cart included. Window AC units throughout. Linens & bath towels provided. The space This is a craftsman lake cottage , the perfect place for your lakeside stay. 4 person golf cart included to easily get anywhere in lakeside. Unlike many other lakeside rentals, we provide bed linens and one bath towel per person. Please bring your own beach towels. Guest access The cottage can fit two cars in the driveway. Golf cart can park in front of house. Other things to note We hope you love our cottage and the lakeside experience as much as we do! Lakeside is a gated community and has a daily admission charge and parking charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day for ages 5 and older. This is not included in your Air BNB stay and must be purchased online or at the gates before entering. This includes access to the lakeside pool, beach, baby pool, splash pad, educational lectures, exercise classes, entertainment and more! There are tons of adult and children activities planned all summer long.
