Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire penthouse unit and its private rooftop terrace with a hot tub. You are also invited to use the shared outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach. To reach the front door, you will walk along a narrow path beside the pool; please use caution, especially when the area is wet. This is a penthouse unit located up three flights of stairs. Groceries & Water: We do not provide groceries or drinking water. You can easily take a taxi to Chedrauii or Walmart. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required. This is processed securely outside of the booking platform. You will have the option of either a fully refundable $500 USD deposit or a non-refundable $29 USD damage waiver.
