Getaway at the Highlands+Heated Pool+Hot Tub

With; vineyards, avocado fields, wildlife and the ocean in view, this house is the perfect spot for your family vacation. The space Gated community up in the hills. Newly remodeled inside with lots of fun touches and lots of color! Beautiful, fully enclosed, outdoor area that includes an in ground heated jacuzzi that fits up to 12 people, bar area, waterfall and fire pit. There is a charge to heat the hot tub. There is an indoor pool (heated)year round! This is included with your booking. The temperature is set at 82 degrees but will fluctuate between 78-84 degree. There is a lock on the temperature gage. Pets- There is a pet fee(per pet). $60 for the first pet and $30 for each pet after. We do have a dog run. Please pick up after them. We also provide a pet carpet shampooer. If the cleaners have to clean up messes from your pet you will be charged. Keep your dog leashed outside as the house itself is not fully fenced. We only allow people included in your booking to be on property unless approved of before booking. Note* we do allow for 14 people, there is however a fee per person over 8 guests. If you have any questions about amenities, bedrooms etc please ask! The house sits in a beautiful canyon with beautiful views of the countryside. Please be aware; you will see wild life, there are no street lights, there will be bugs(we do get sprayed once a month), the house is very nice but also old, we have a mixture of beautiful landscaping and untouched land. Guest access You will have access to the entire house(this includes the pool room all to yourself) with the exception of one locked closet upstairs half of the garage and the lower part of the deck on the back patio. We do ask that you stay on the main road if taking a walk or go outside of the gate. Many of the roads in our community are private and thus you are not permitted to wander. You will have a two car garage and a long driveway that together fit 8 cars. Please plan accordingly. You are not permitted to park on the road or in the dirt. We live on the property in the house next door to the airbnb. Other things to note You must have someone over the age of 25 to check in to the house. We have a pool guy and gardener that come once sometimes twice a week. If bringing a dog, be aware that there is no fencing around the house and there is a $60 non refundable fee per stay per pet. You must clean up after them or there will be an additional fee. There is a $30 per guest per night charge over the included 8 guests. We have quiet hours outside and in the pool room from 9 pm-8am. If you leave anything behind there is a $50 charge plus whatever it costs to ship it to you. We have a strict cancellation policy. We will not accept a request to change your dates. If your travel plans have changed you will have to cancel your booking. You can reach out to air bnb, there is an extenuating circumstances policy in place. If the pool heat pump goes out and can’t be fixed by your stay there will be no refund. This has only happened a couple times but it does take time to get a new pool pump. Registration Details 6006874
