Thank you for visiting :) This is one of two listings I have on Airbnb. The other listing is named Craftsman Style Bungalow and is a room right next door to this one in the same house. Please come and enjoy a quiet, warm home with organic coffee and other treats! I am right in the middle of Niagara Falls, City of Buffalo, University/Colleges. This listing is for a second bedroom on the first floor of my house, which is right next door to the bedroom I have listed on the Cozy Home for the Holidays listing . This bedroom would share a bathroom with guests that occupy that room as well. The bed is actually two, twin beds. The one twin pulls out from under the other. And the great part about it is that the bed rolls back under for when you want quiet moments of reading and sit in a cozy corner like it is your own couch. Bathroom on the first floor, the kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, laundry in the basement, WiFi and your are welcome to anything in the refridgerator! Please feel free to cook in the kitchen if you would like, it has everything you need: pots and pans, silverware, plates, cooking utensils, coffee pot, tea kettle, microwave. I interact with my guests as much or as little as they like. My guests come to my home for all different reasons, to visit family, taking the Bar Exam to visiting Niagara Falls. So, i let my guests dictate how much they want to interact with myself and the cats. Afterall, it is about my guests! The neighborhood is beautifully lined with maple trees and very safe to take an evening walk . And I am sure the neighbors will be out to greet you as Buffalo is a friendly place. Feel free to park your car on the street - its a very safe place. There is a train station not too far from my house, right at the UB South campus. It goes into downtown, a pretty direct route, which you would then need to walk a bit to get where you need to go. A car is your best bet here. There is also public buses in town, however, it will take you a bit longer to get where you want to go and yes, there are taxis as well. I do have specific check in and check out times as I need to have the housekeeper come and clean between those times. I like to greet all of my guests personally as I do live in my home and enjoy meeting each and everyone one of you. I prefer to to keep the check in times between 3pm and 7pm, so that we can all enjoy our evenings. If you think that your travels won't allow you to arrive until after 10pm, please let me know as that is a bit late for me and something I don't prefer as I have a full time job.
