Our quiet villa, opposite the Estriade bike path and Mont Bromont, is 10 minutes from the golf courses, Equestrian Park, Bromont Ski Resort and Waterloo Beach. Relax in the glass-enclosed boudoir, the Jacuzzi (SPA) or on one of the property's 4 terraces with views of Mount Bromont! The Chalet l'Abondance with 3 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3 work offices, offers you ideal teleworking conditions and an unforgettable experience! The space The well-designed kitchen with high-end appliances is located next to the living room. From the large kitchen island, you can gaze at Mount Bromont and the bike path below, while dining with your family. On the other side of the island, a modern sofa is pleasantly arranged next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and a TV. The small glass boudoir, juxtaposed, surrounded by large windows overlooking Mount Bromont and the eternal green of the garden, is the perfect place to have your quiet breakfast. The main terrace, which can be used for BBQ and family meals during the summer, is connected to the luxurious outdoor Jacuzzi, offering a beautiful view of the Mount Bromont ski resort illuminated during winter nights. Each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms is equipped with a TV, AC and 2 of them have their own terrace overlooking Mount Bromont and the surrounding area. 2 bedrooms have a king size bed with their own walk-in and balcony overlooking Mount Bromont. The 3rd bedroom is a simple desk. All rooms have work desks. Upstairs there are 2 bathrooms, with a shower, bathtub and 2 sinks. The 4th bedroom is in the basement, next to the family room, where you'll find a sofa bed for a last-minute visitor, plenty of board games, BabyFoot, and PlayStation for all ages. This bedroom has two bunk beds (double bed on double bed and single on single) and 1 adjacent bathroom equipped with a modern shower and a washer/dryer. (Note that one of the single beds is defective and can carry a small child. Outside, a trampoline and a fireplace embellish the very large grounds surrounding this exceptional cottage where love and comfort are at the rendezvous. Finally, the excellent location of the cottage allows a multitude of summer and winter entertainment and sports activities including skiing, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, water slides, air park, outlet shops and a whole range of restaurants, bars and cafes, which are only a short drive away.
