This cozy, peaceful home in the beautiful town of Payson is just a short walk to Green Valley Park with three lakes, walking paths, fishing, children playground, splash pad and free summer concerts held every Saturday evening. Rim Country Museum, Zane Grey Cabin and Payson Golf Course & Country Club are nearby. Take a short drive to Main Street for restaurants & movie theater or head on up to local natural wonders and dozens of area hiking trails, lakes and streams. The space The home is beautifully remodeled featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and beds, speedy WIFi, smart TVs, private laundry, and a private patio with fire pit and patio furniture. The outdoor space perfect for enjoying morning coffee, al fresco dining, reading a book, or watching the 4th of July Fireworks from the nearby park. Parking includes two covered parking spaces plus a long driveway with plenty of room to park a trailer, toy hauler or RV. Access is easy with a very small step into the entry way and no steps throughout the home. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and a 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower and hair dryer. The second bedroom has queen bed. Both bedrooms have closets with hangers provided. The hall bathroom is a full bath with tub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included. Kitchen includes full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and pantry cabinet. Living room includes a plush chaise lounge sofa that seats up to 3 adults and a living room chair. Dining room table includes 6 chairs. Patio furniture includes a table with 4 chairs, and two lounge chairs and a fire pit. Inside laundry room. Woof, Woof! Up to two dogs (under 50 pounds) are welcome for a small additional fee! In the laundry room, you will find food and water bowls, a blanket, a small dog bed, and a towel for your pup. Keep in mind that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If your dog is over 50 pounds or is used to sleeping on the bed, we will not be able to accommodate them. Please note: The TV's do not include cable.
