Our A Frame on Austin is located in the heart of "Old Rockport". Within walking distance of Little Bay, the festival grounds, historic district, Maritime Museum, the Marina, baitshops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, art galleries, boutiques and a quick 4 min drive to the beach. We are central to all the go to spots needed for you vacay! Now pet friendly! The space The House is fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. The downstairs master has a queen bed. The other 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a queen bed, the other has two bunk beds, fulls on the bottoms, and twin on the tops. There is another bathroom upstairs. We have a lovely front yard, perfect for sunrises and coffee! The backyard is shaded with grill for perfect evenings! Other things to note Pet fee is $25/pet
