The space ++++Late Summer and Fall openings!! Direct beachfront, no roads to cross! Sterling Sands Resort is highly rated in Destin ! It's direct beachfront and low rise with private beach. There is a private beach on each side which makes it so much more relaxing then being next door to public beach with no rules. This is the main reason we have repeat guest come back to us every year. Beach Service- Our HOA no longer allows owners to cover this cost so we have lowered our nightly rates to reflect that. We have listed the optional beach service rates in pictures. As a proud Christian company, we live by the Golden Rule. We treat our guest how we want to be treated and make sure every property is accurately listed, clean, safe and family friendly. All of our properties are labeled "Guest Favorites" by Airbnb and we are also Super Host for the last 5 years straight who makes sure your stay in safe, clean and enjoyable. "Destin Bleu" is on 2nd floor with views of gulf and pool. Condo has been freshly painted, all new windows and sliding door, new quartz countertops and flooring with modern interior design. 📋Upon check in, HOA requires valid ID to verify guest and age, $15 one time resort amenity use fee required per guest over age 5 (per person, not per day) One parking pass will be given. Unit does have covered parking spot under unit number or can park uncovered. 2 Beds/2 Baths. Small families love Destin Bleu because it’s super close to all the amenities and right on the water! It’s has a colorful modern design and owners have stocked it will fun things to keep the little ones busy like an arcade game with tons of games to play! This is unit is one of the few in the resort that is modernly designed and our guest appreciate all the new TVs, full stocked kitchen & perfectly located view of beach and pool. We focus on hosting to families and/or couples. No parties allowed. All smart TVs, guest will just need their own logins for streaming apps. Local cable is available. Unit has a hotel style door in between units that is NOT be to opened at anytime even if family/friends rent next door unit. Canopies, tents and personal umbrellas are not allowed on the beach. All personal equipment (chairs, coolers, towels, etc.) must remain behind the rental umbrella rows or in the open space in between the sections of rental umbrellas. Individuals who rent a set-up and wish to place personal equipment directly in front of their rental set-up will be allowed to do so, except for the use of personal umbrellas and canopies. All personal equipment must be removed from the beach, nightly. Beach Service available for extra charge at beach hut on site March-October. We do provide 2 Beach Chairs inside condo. The HOA no longer allows owners to cover beach service for guest. +Please note we are not a hotel. We do not have staff on site 24/7. We will answer your message between 8:30am-6pm. If there is an emergency, water leak, fire, etc. or you can't get into your rental we will answer immediately of course. Resort Maintenance contact # is also on the fridge. +Early check in and late check out can not be accommodated as we are in our busy season and cleaners need plenty of time. Please plan accordingly. Guest access You will get check in instructions a day or so before your arrival. At check in day, upon your arrival-you will go to HOA office at resort to pay the amenity fee (for anyone 5yrs old and older) and receive your wrist bands and a parking pass to park outside the covered area. HOA requires guest renting to be 25 yrs and will ask for ID. Unit does not have covered parking access. Your wristbands are required at private beach, pool & gym. Guest will have access to the whole condo except a small locked owners/cleaners closet in the master bathroom closet. Other things to note You will be given a “starter kit” of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, dish & laundry soap. This will get you through the first night or so. Please note exterior door camera records 24/7 both video and audio to verify guests and help protect our property & guest. Camera is not to be tampered with by guest for any reason. Like all beachfront condos in Destin, resort is right beside US HWY 98 where some road noise can be heard. We do have both noise machine and box fan for light sleepers. Sterling Sands is an older resort but with lots of charm. It's highly rates in our area.
