The farmhouse, powder room is centrally located on the main floor and along with the nearby laundry room for your convenience. The MAIN house features FOUR bedrooms in total - TWO of which are master bedrooms with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms, and walk in closets. The larger master bedroom features a 55’’ smart TV. The two additional bedrooms also feature king-size beds and share a full-bathroom with vintage, emerald tile and gold-accent fixtures. The GUEST house features TWO bedrooms and TWO full bathrooms (1 bedroom has an en-suite bathroom), a spacious fully equipped kitchen, living room with smart 65" smart TV, private back patio space, and own separate driveway! ***NOTE*** ACCESS TO THE GUEST HOUSE IS ONLY FOR RESERVATIONS BOOKED AFTER 4/4/23. Our concierge service is still available 7 days a week for remote assistance.*** You will have access to the entire home and guest home - all bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, kitchen, dining, and living rooms as well as the spacious backyard amenities for maximum enjoyment including our pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. There is also a private guest house on property that you will not be able to access. This is a separate dwelling unit that remains vacant and is occasionally occupied by administrative team members when performing property inspections. We are surrounded by great neighbors who appreciate the peaceful living of Paso. A portion of the drive to the home is along a narrow, dirt road used by three other homes. Please use caution when driving this road and do not exceed 10 miles per hour when driving it. We also have minimal street lighting at night for the enjoyment of the night sky. Be mindful of this when arriving or leaving at night. Please note that this property is on well water. We have installed a brand new state of the art filtration system, but we want to inform you not to be alerted or worried if you detect any natural or mineral smell in the water. The water is 100% safe and purified but there may be times you notice the natural smells of the earth while running a faucet or shower. This is completely harmless. You will drive up a narrow, rustic road to get to the house. Once you reach the fork in the road, you will drive up the newly paved road. Guests may park in our spacious garage suitable for 2 vehicles. We also encourage guests to park in front of the garage if necessary. Please note that a maximum of 4 cars are allowed on the property at once. Enter through the front door which utilizes a keypad system for easy access at all hours.
