OWA amusement park (14 miles) Relax and enjoy! This one bedroom one bathroom recently updated unit does not disappoint! It is perfect for romantic getaway, or grab the kids and bring the whole family! Need some time away with your friends? It is in a complex that has something for the entire family! The beautiful white sand beach is a 2 minute walk across the street, with private access for guests and owners! There is a boat launch on the lagoon with boat slips, so no loading and unloading that boat during your stay. Each unit has access to 1 dedicated parking space, one additional space is first come first serve, and there is overflow trailer parking onsite. (First come first serve) The property is on the lagoon, and has a fishing pier with swings, a BBQ pavilion with charcoal grills, tables and a swimming pool that overlooks the lagoon! While you are here you will have access to beach chairs, a kayak, life jackets and some sand toys! All linens are provided, even the beach towels! Just grab your fishing pole and swimsuit, we have the rest, fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to prepare and serve meals. A king sized bed in the master bedroom with a My Pillow topper. A queen sized Murphy bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress to ensure a good nights sleep. The bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer and toilet paper. Much care has been taken to ensure that our guests have what they need for a comfortable stay. Maximum of 4 guests allowed on grounds at anytime. We are local, and always available via phone, text or on the Airbnb app. This is a laidback property, with great access to the beach and lagoon, yet just far enough from the center of Gulf Shores to offer lighter traffic and a quieter experience! Walk to beach, a car will likely be necessary if you want to enjoy the night life, the condo is 3 short miles from the center of Gulf Shores (corner of W. Beach and Gulf Shore Pkwy). Everything you could possibly need is within 5 miles of this property! Property has an elevator and carts for moving things to the condo. (Please return carts to the garage when you are finished unloading). We do recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund for travel delays, weather or illness at this property.
