Tannin Cottage, E-Z Beach Access, 2 Pools!

Welcome to Tannin Hides! Perfectly located in the Cottages of Tannin in Orange Beach with no elevators! Only a 2-3 minute walk to the white sand through the private beach access exclusive to the Village at Tannin. Enjoy one of two Seasonal pools. One outside your front door, or the Olympic sized pool down the street exclusively for the Village of Tannin. Close walk to Donuts in the morning or ice cream to complete the day! PLEASE read the house rules prior to booking. The space Our custom decorated free standing cottage is 1,230 Sq Ft, newly constructed with 2 BD and 2.5 BA that sleeps 6. Enjoy a meal surrounded by family or friends on the custom built dining bench with ample room for 6, or hang out at the kitchen bar that seats 4. There is No Sofa bed. Living room has 70" TV The lower level also has a half bath. The master bedroom upstairs features a king bed, walk in tiled shower, and 50" TV. The second bedroom features 2 double beds, tiled tub/shower combo, and 50" TV. Washer/Dryer located upstairs. Cable TV and WIFI Linens come furnished, but please bring your own Beach Towels. Beach wagon and umbrella provided. These are kept in the storage closet under the stairs. NOTE: Guests receive a starter pack of the following consisting of 1 toilet paper per bath, 1 garbage bag per bath and kitchen, 1 paper towel, 1 dish pod, dish liquid soap, 1 laundry pod, 1 soap, 1 travel size shampoo, and 1 travel size conditioner per bathroom. Please plan accordingly. -Cancellations- We do not allow cancellations, traveling in this day and age trip insurance is highly suggested. Guest access Private Beach Access is right across the street, usually a 2-3 minute walk. Close to shopping, trails, and restaurants. Parking for 2 vehicles max. Other things to note FINE PRINT: -It is highly recommended you purchase trip insurance traveling in this day and age, we do not allow cancellations outside of the cancellation windows. While we want you to enjoy your time in our home, please be considerate of our neighbors, and observe the quiet time mandated by our HOA. Quiet time is 10 pm. -PLEASE read house rules, by booking this reservation you understand and are agreeing to the house rules. -MAX OCCUPANCY is 6. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in being asked to leave. -No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things beyond our control, unless there is a mandatory evacuation declared for that area. -Driveway to the side of the cottage holds 2 vehicles MAX. No trailers, boats, or motorhomes. ABSOLUTELY NO Parking in front of the cottage. Our HOA is very strict about this, guest will be responsible for any fine owner receives/and or towing charges. BEACH TOWELS- Our HOA is very strict about towels/clothing/floaties hanging on railings. Please hang on the provided hooks inside the pillars by front door. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred during their stay. -No Smoking of any kind inside the home. Strictly enforced, you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee and for any damages. -NO PETS! Host has severe pet allergies, please leave your beloved pets at home or board them. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. -Photo ID required to book. -Guest booking reservation must be present during entire stay. -The community pools are USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
