Walkable East Nashville

New apartment in East Nashville, 2 blocks from Five Points. Ideal getaway for 2 people (we will make exceptions for one or two adults plus a child) on a quiet street in a fun neighborhood. No bachelorette parties, please ! The space The apartment is on the second floor of our garage, with it's own door and stairway. The private bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable cotton linens and comforter. It has an internet TV for access to your Netflix or Hulu accounts. There is a ceiling fan if needed. The living room has a futon couch that pulls out into a full sized bed. Cotton linens, comforter and pillows are available in the apartment. There is a 1950s dinette table for dining in the combined living, dining and kitchen space. The kitchen has an electric range, small dishwasher, pop up toaster and fridge. There are all the essentials for eating and cooking. There's a coffee grinder and automatic drip coffee maker. Coffee is provided, but there are many wonderful coffee shops within walking distance, too. The bathroom has a shower with shampoo and soap provided, as well as towels and a hair dryer. Basic necessities like Wifi, air conditioning and heat are available. Guest access Guests have access to the second floor apartment above our garage. There is an outdoor entrance with a keypad on the door. Other things to note There is an additional $20 charge if you need linens, pillows, blankets for the futon. Please let us know in advance.
