Upstairs you'll find a desk where you can write postcards to family and friends, plus two more cozy bedrooms (full bed and king bed) and an additional bathroom. Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Our home is in a relatively quiet, family neighborhood so we try to keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Additionally, since this is the campus area, Eugene Police conduct "Party Patrol" starting at 10pm. So, while the home is great for a small gathering, parties are not allowed. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7 during your stay. We always give our guests 5 star service, so please let us know if there are questions or requests. We will respond ASAP. There is also an electronic guidebook that should answer most, if not all, of your questions. There is a back house connected to the AirBnb via breezeway. There are no shared spaces aside from the parking area, but at times you may see the other guests. Please be courteous and respectful so that we can offer 5 star experiences for everyone.
