This brand new modern home is perfect for a couple of families or a weekend away with friends. You cannot beat this location you are really in the heart of the best part of the beach. You have ocean views in all of the rooms, you are a 5 minute walk from endless bush walks and have everything at your door step. This is everything you want for a beach front vacation. The space This has a spacious kitchen and living area that looks out to the main end of the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds (you could fit a porta cot in either of the rooms) the other room has 3 bunk beds (1 double/single bunk bed and 2 single bunk beds) It has a lovely bathroom with a shower and toilet and a laundry is included in this space. It has an outdoor dining area that looks straight out to the ocean. It is fully fenced with an outside shower to rinse off. Guest access There are 3 car parks available in the property, for any other vehicles they will need to park in the public car parks. (please be aware that you will be sharing a drive way with tenants next door) You can get to the coffee shop, yoga studio, diary, beach, bush walks, pilates all walking distance from the door step. Other things to note The front yard is fully fenced which is ideal for kids and dogs.
