Hobbit House at Fern Hollow and Treehouses

Purposely Lost built three treehouses and two hobbit houses on a wooded 15-acre parcel on a trout pond. Search "Sanford, Maine" to see all five properties. Welcome home to a rounded dome burrow buried in the earth! The hobbit home is all one level, so it might be easier access than climbing spiral stairs to a treehouse on the property. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, and a full kitchen and bathroom. Like our treehouses, the hobbit home has high-end custom finishes, a private Fern Hollow has two separate bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a single full bath. The full kitchen has an island that marries the kitchen with the living area, and flows to a large outdoor patio with a water feature, fire ring and hot tub.
