The space This is for a private stay of 1 Private Side of a 2 until Duplex on Blackwater River. Guests may be assigned either side of the duplex for their stay based on Availability. Each unit has a private driveway and separate entrance with a King Size Bed in the Primary Bedroom and 2 full size beds in the Second bedroom. Fully Equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including Dishwasher. Full Bathroom, Towels, and an open Living room with Amazing Views of the Blackwater River. Shared spaces include the yard and fire pit, outdoor furniture as well as Grill, Kayaks, fishing gear, and beach items are shared items. This is a NON Smoking property. There is a nearby small airport which may create overhead noise. ONLY 1 Small Friendly Dog - WITH $ 35 Pet Fee Paid ***Prior to Check-In or Service Animal Documentation must be Provided Prior to Check-In.
