The studio is located in a private residence (in the Corail building, No. 346), very popular with tourists, located in a large tropical park of 7.5 ha with: - a large infinity pool (1000 m2) and a children's pool - a beautiful sandy beach and its lagoon - tennis court - a bowling alley - private parking - a "Ti Coco" restaurant (which has bread and pastries in the morning). The space The accommodation (renovated in August 2022 and 2024): The 35 m2 studio, located on the 2nd and top floor of the Corail building (in the overhang, garden side), can accommodate 5 people. It consists of: - an entrance with cupboard - a large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed for 2 people (2*90*200), 3 single beds (90*190), desk, dresser - a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink on storage unit (changed in August 2024), toilet - an equipped kitchen (completely redone in August 2024) with dining area, closed with an electric roller shutter, wall fan. Other things to note Facilities and services: Air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, clothes rack, iron, linen, towels, beach towels, soft cooler, masks, fins and snorkels, inflatable mattress, beach mats, beach chairs... Free Wi-Fi connection on the site For internet, it is not a private box but the wifi network of the residence. The connection and speed may be random, the owner cannot be held responsible for the bad connection. No refund will be given for this reason. A deposit cheque of €500 not cashed, will be given upon arrival (returned at the end of the stay except in case of damage, theft, loss of badges, keys, pool wristbands).
