The Chesapeake Lofts property is a secured, gated community with a beautiful pool, hot tub and grill area situated in the center of the property. Within the condo unit, you''ll find we've meticulously curated this space with your comfort and leisure in mind. You'll find plenty of towels, bed linens, kitchen appliances and gadgets, soap, toiletries and even water, coffee and tea. If you have a special request, please let us know. We'd be happy to help! We live in the area and can be reached via the Airbnb app or by cell phone. This neighborhood is situated beautifully on the waterfront in the heart of downtown Sandusky. We are proud to offer a walkable city to our guests with many fantastic dining destinations, shops, ferries to the Lake Erie Islands, outdoor recreational activities and much more. Shoreline Drive is equipped with a beautiful waterfront walking path. The downtown area offers bike rentals as well as kayak and paddle board rentals. Most guests will find downtown destinations very walkable. Other transportation options include ferries to the Lake Erie Islands and car destinations throughout the area. **Important items to read prior to booking. ** **This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.** **The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation.** **TV's are equipped with Roku Streaming & Hulu - No traditional cable. Please inquire with any questions.** **Unit is located above entrance doors.** ** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions. ** **Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.** **Coin operated laundry facilities inside building.** **Periodic noise maybe heard inside unit with building shared common spaces.** **No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony.** **No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.** **We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.** Check out instructions are as follows: -Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible. -All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor. -Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher. -When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.
