This expansive 750 square foot totally private loft features its own heat and a/c, an amazing queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, full bath with corner shower/whirlpool tub and kitchenette. A single daybed sits nearby in a partitioned "bedroom." A new, comfy sofa easily transitions to a double bed. The loft sits above our garage and is secured from the rest of the home. We are happy to assess NO cleaning fee and offer a 1 PM checkout if we have no guests arriving the day you depart! Guest access Our geographical location: 3.5 hours from Rapid City, SD, 3 hours from Denver, CO, 1.5 hours NE of Cheyenne, WY, 1.25 hours W of Scottsbluff, NE, 1.75 hours SE of Casper, 25 miles East of Wheatland, WY. Other things to note Cedar Lights lofted suite rental includes use of your very own propane campfire ring, private 7-person outdoor hot tub, grilling area and Continental BREAKFAST! We offer optional s'more kits with plenty for the whole family! Simply request this and the ooey-gooey goodness will be awaiting you in the loft ($15 fee). Tesla charging available upon request ($7/day). We are happy to accommodate pets for a $20/pet/night fee. We just ask that they be kenneled if left unattended in the loft at all. Cell phone reception is available but spotty. (Our home requires a booster if we are not on Wi-Fi). We are excited to announce that we now have Starlink Wifi. You can now Wi-Fi call or use the internet at speeds of 50 mbps or more. Feel free to make use of it or take the opportunity to unplug! We also have a selection of Blu-Rays in the suite and plenty of new board games are on hand, too. Outside, you are free to explore! We have vast trails to traverse, exhilarating hills for mountain biking and even tepee rings to find. Our horses, dogs and cats roam the property. Deer and wild turkey abound!
