Located just minutes drive from Downtown Peoria (OSF, Methodist, Caterpillar, Civic Center), and even closer to the Levee District (Target, Ulta, Costco, Fondulac Library), convenience is just the start of it! This spacious home boasts 5 Queen size beds with new memory foam mattresses, a Twin-sized futon, and 2 bathrooms. The space You will have access to the basic tools in the kitchen (pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, ceramic ware). This is equipped with fast, reliable wifi and has three Smart TVs, one on each floor of the house. Main floor: - Living room with large sectional sofa - Dining room with plenty of seating - Kitchen with gas-stove, microwave, Keurig coffee station - Bedroom 1 with Queen bed - Full bathroom with shower in tub Upstairs (steep stairs): - Bedroom 2 with Queen bed - Bedroom 3 with Queen bed - Bathroom split into hand-washing station on one side, and shower and toilet on the other - Small TV nook with small love-seat that converts into twin futon Basement: - Full size washer & dryer - Bedroom 4 with 2 Queen beds - Large smart TV - Half bathroom Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself. Outside the home, there is a spacious 2-door garage next to the house (not attached), as well as a driveway. A total of 4 vehicles can fit comfortably on this private property. Other things to note This property is not intended for events. No parties are allowed. Violators of this are expected to pay a penalty of $500. We also have a strict no-smoking policy. There is zero tolerance for smoking. Violation to this policy will be subject to a non-refundable Ozone cleaning fee of $300 and may be subject to immediate eviction. When making your reservation, please ensure to include everyone in your reservation. Extra guests not included in the original reservation are expected to pay a fee/night of stay.
